Pineapple Cheese Ball image

Our family loves pineapple. These cheese ball is a favorite. Very tasty, and always a hit at any gathering.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c bell pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp green onion, finely chopped
1 tsp seasoning salt
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 c pecans, finely chopped
1/2 c pecans, finely chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 cup pecans.
  • 2. Roll into a ball, then roll ball in 1/2 cup pecans to coat well.
  • 3. Chill before serving; serve with your favorite crackers.
