I found this recipe on line and it was called Pineapple Fluff. I decided to infuse the coconut with Rum and to change the name of the recipe to PINA COLADA PINEAPPLE FLUFF. Now it taste just like a Pina Colada cocktail. Rita Diette

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, stir pudding mix and entire can of crushed pineapple, (DO NOT DRAIN pineapple)
- 2. Gently stir in COOL WHIP, marshmallows, and the Rum infused coconut..
- 3. Placet in bowl and cover with plastic wrap and chill for a few hours.
- 4. Please note: I infused the coconut with Rum Extract an hour before using it in the dessert.
