Steps:
- Separate biscuits. Cut holes in center (I used a lid from a salt shaker, was 3/8" diameter).
- Heat oil to 375°F. Drop 4 at a time in oil. Cook with lid shut about 4 minutes per side. Remove to paper lined tray.
- Roll immediately in cinnamon sugar. Let cool if you want to use icing.
