Steps:

  • Preheat oven per cake instructions. Cake: Dump mandarin oranges into cake mix with 1 egg, and 1/4 cup of oil. Bake per instruction on cake box. Topping: Mix Cool Whip with Box of Vanilla Pudding, and One can of crushed pineapple. Mix Together, spread on cooled cake and keep refrigerated. YUMMO!
