Pig Lickin Good Cake image

My family loves this cake so much..I have to bake 2 at one time.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 box yellow cake mix
1 c oil
3 eggs
1 can(s) mandarin oranges
ICING
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 can(s) pineapples crushed
1 small tub of whiped cream

Steps:

  • 1. Spray a 9x13 in. pan with bakers secret. Mix cake mix with oil. eggs, and mandarin oranges. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 30min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
  • 2. In a separate bowl mix pudding with crushed pineapples until smooth. Fold in whiped cream. Spread on cake. Refrigerate until icing is firm then serve.
