PIG LICKIN' CAKE image

Another favorite at a few restaurants I cooked at.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pkg hines butter cake mix
1 box large-instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c oil
4 eggs
1 can(s) mandarin oranges, undrained
FROSTING
1 -8 oz container cool whip
1 - 15 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 large pkg, instant vanilla pudding

Steps:

  • 1. COMBINE ALL CAKE INGREDIENTS & PLACE IN 3 PREPARED 8" ROUND CAKE PANS. YOU CAN ALSO PUT IN REGULAR CAKE PAN INSTEAD, OR PLACE IN 1 LARGE ROUND CAKE PAN. BAKE @ 350° FOR ABOUT 30-45 MINUTES.
  • 2. COMBINE ALL FROSTING INGREDIENTS & SPREAD OVER COOL CAKE LAYERS. Keep refrigerated.
