Pie Plate Apple Crisp image

I mixed this one up the other night, after picking apples. My DH said it was the best Monday night in a long time! You may double the recipe, and put in a larger baking dish. The pie plate size is just right for the two of us. Enjoy!!

5 cups apples, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 cup sugar

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
  • Serve warm with ice cream.
