5 LBS HOT DOGS
2 CUPS RED WINE VINEGAR
2 CUPS WATER
1 3/4 CUPS JUICE FROM BANANA PEPPERS
1 3/4 CUPS JUICE FROM CHILI (HOT) PEPPERS
GARLIC (1 BUNCH OR POWDER)
SALT
1/3 TO 1/2 CUP SUGAR
SLICE HOT DOGS DIAGONALLY AND LAYER
WITH GARLIC AND PEPPERS IN CONTAINER.
BRING LIQUIDS AND SUGAR AND SALT TO BOIL.
POUR HOT LIQUID OVER HOT DOGS.
LET STAND 24 HOURS

Steps:

  • SLICE HOT DOGS DIAGONALLY AND LAYER WITH GARLIC AND PEPPERS IN CONTAINER. BRING LIQUIDS AND SUGAR AND SALT TO BOIL. POUR HOT LIQUID OVER HOT DOGS. LET STAND 24 HOURS
