PESTO PASTA WITH PEAS image

yellow onion
garlic
pine nuts
olive oil
rotini noodles or variation
peas
pesto
parmesan

Steps:

  • Saute chopped onion, and minced garlic in olive oil add salt and pepper. Add pine nuts and toast Boil rotini noodles with peas when done to desired tenderness drain then add pesto and pan of sauteed ingredients. Top with shaved parmesan and serve warm. Also may be eaten cold.
