Steps:
- 1. Place ingredients in a large glass bowl. Microwave on high for 10 minutes uncovered. Then set it to med/low and microwave uncovered for 15 minutes more. Do not stir rice at any time during cooking process. Season with salt and pepper and fluff with fork just before serving
