Steps:
- Melt butter. Stir in garlic, lemon juice, ginger and herbs. Allow flavors to meld. Wash chicken and cut or pound into uniform thickness. Add chicken to the melted butter mixture and allow to marinate for 15 minutes. Note, marinade will thicken slightly. Prepare grill (gas or charcoal). Once grill is approximately 400 degrees, place chicken pieces on grill, reserving marinade for basting. Turn after 1-2 minutes, cook again then dip into marinade before continue to cook on the grill. You will cook each side two times. Remove chicken from grill and serve.
