Peppers Garlic, and Onions image

This condiment goes great on italian beef/sausage sammies, pan seared chops, or baked chicken. For sensitive stomachs omit the jalapenos.

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 large onions, sliced
3 large bell peppers sliced or chunked
2 large garlic, cloves, minced
2 stick butter
minced jalapenos to suit you

Steps:

  • 1. In a large skillet melt the butter . Add onions and cook on medium-low until onions are carmelized. Add garlic, bell peppers, and sliced jalapenos the last 10 -15 minutes I do mine this way because I like the peppers to still have a little crunch.
  • 2. Can be stored in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
