Pepperoni Pie image

I prepped this and my 3 year old grand daughter mixed it and we baked it together. It can also be cut in half and made in an 8X8 pan. The sauce never seems to get used.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
2 c milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 lb muenster cheese, small diced
1 pkg 6 to 8 oz. sliced pepperoni, chopped
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
marinara sauce, optional

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13X9 inch baking dish.
  • 2. In a large bowl mix together the first 8 ingredients, everything except the marinara sauce. Pour into greased pan.
  • 3. Bake 30 minutes, lightly pat extra grease with a paper towel. Cool slightly, cut into squares and serve,it's also good at room temperature. You can put marinara sauce on the side, but most times no one uses it.
