Einstein Bros Bagels' Grilled Cheese Bagel Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 slice Swiss cheese
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 slice provolone cheese
1 slice pepper jack cheese
2 tablespoons onion-chive cream cheese
2 slices tomato
2 slices buttermilk bread
Nonstick cooking spray as needed

Steps:

  • Spread cream cheese on one side of bread. Grease skillet with cooking spray; heat to medium. Place a slice of bread onto skillet, cream cheese-side up. Top with cheeses and tomato. Cover with second piece of bread. Flipping occasionally, grill until golden brown, about 2 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted. This recipe yields 1 sandwich.
