- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in peppermint extract.
- Spoon half the pudding evenly into 6 (9-oz.) glasses, adding about 3 Tbsp. pudding to each glass. Cover evenly with half the cookie crumbs. Spoon 2 tsp. crushed candy over cookie crumb layer in each glass.
- Whisk 1-1/4 cups of the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spoon over candy layer in parfait glasses. Cover with remaining cookie crumbs.
- Top with remaining COOL WHIP and crushed candy.
