Peppered Pork Chops image

I love simple anymore. This is simple, quick, moist, and delicious. Although I've never tried it......I'm guessing that these could be pan-fried or grilled too. These chops can also be seasoned and frozen before cooking for a simple grab-and-go week night dinner.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/3 c unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
1 c breadcrumbs (plain or italian)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
4 large pork chops

Steps:

  • 1. Melt butter with garlic.
  • 2. Mix other ingredients (except pork chops) together in shallow dish.
  • 3. Dip chops in the butter-garlic mix and coat with bread crumb mixture.
  • 4. If freezing: Flash freeze until hard then store in air tight container/zip lock bag. Thaw before cooking.
  • 5. Preparation: Bake in 375F oven for 20-30 minutes until done.
