I love simple anymore. This is simple, quick, moist, and delicious. Although I've never tried it......I'm guessing that these could be pan-fried or grilled too. These chops can also be seasoned and frozen before cooking for a simple grab-and-go week night dinner.

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter with garlic.
- 2. Mix other ingredients (except pork chops) together in shallow dish.
- 3. Dip chops in the butter-garlic mix and coat with bread crumb mixture.
- 4. If freezing: Flash freeze until hard then store in air tight container/zip lock bag. Thaw before cooking.
- 5. Preparation: Bake in 375F oven for 20-30 minutes until done.
