Steps:
- Preheat oven to 500-degrees. Combine heavy cream, tomatoes, cheeses and basil together, mixing well. Cook penne pasta in boiling water for 4 minutes, drain well, and add to cheese mix, tossing to combine. Divide the mixture into two shallow gratin baking dishes. Dot each dish with 3/4 T of butter, adn bake for 7-10 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top.
