Steps:
- 1. Heat oil in a large skillet and add fennel, onion, garlic, and parsley. Cooke over low heat about 10 minutes, until fennel has softened. 2. Add tomatoes and wine, with salt & pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring, then lover heat, cover pan and simmer for 10-25 min. Stir in artichoke, cover, and cook for an additional 10 min. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to instructions. 3. Stir capers into the sauce, taste and add seasonings to taste. Mix sauce with pasta in a large bowl and serve.
