Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage with the onion, pepper, and garlic. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 3/4 cup of the cooking creme and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until mozzarella is melted. Add pasta; mix lightly.
- 2. Spoon mixture into a 2-qt casserole dish and top with remaining cooking creme and mozzarella. Cover.
- 3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until heated through, uncovering after 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve while hot.
