Number Of Ingredients 9

2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp Salt
4 Egg Whites, (beaten until stiff)
3 Egg Whites
1 3/4 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Oil
1 Tsp Almond Extract
3/4 Cup Pecans (chopped)

Steps:

  • Combine dry ingredients Mix 3 egg yokes & milk Add to dry ingredients Add oil, almond extract & pecans Fold in beaten egg whites Pour only enough onto the Belgian Waffle maker so that is so that it doesn't spill out Good Luck!
