PECAN CRUMB APPLE PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2/3 c sugar
1/4 c flour
3/4 t ground cinnamon
1/4 t ground nutmeg
6 c peeled & thinly sliced apples
1 Deep Dish Pet Ritz Pie Crust, frozen
Crumb Topping:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c flour
1/3 c butter
1/3 c pecans

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl, toss together sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and apples. Spoon into frozen crust. 2. For crumb topping, combine brown sugar and flour; cut in butter. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over apples. 3. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven on preheated baking sheet 40-50 minutes.
