Pecan-Chocolate Chip Pie image

1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
2 tsp. flour, divided
3 eggs
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Unroll pie crust; sprinkle with half the flour. Turn; sprinkle with remaining flour. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate; flute edge.
  • Whisk eggs in medium bowl until blended. Add all remaining ingredients except nuts and chocolate chips; mix well. Stir in nuts and chocolate morsels; pour into crust.
  • Bake 50 to 55 min. or until top is slightly puffed, covering loosely with foil after 30 min. Cool completely.
