2 Anjou or Bosc Pears
12 Sage leaves (small)
12 slices Prosciutto

Steps:

  • Halve pears lengthwise. Core, then cut halves into 3 pieces. Hold 1 sage leaf against pear & wrap prosciutto slice around to hold in place Bake at 450 until prosciutto is crisp and pear is softened
