Peanutty Apple Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1 (8-ounce) carton frozen whipped topping
1 cup dry roasted peanut
2 medium apples, peeled, chopped
2 cups mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • Drain juice from pineapple into a saucepan. Whisk in sugar, flour, vinegar, and egg; boil till thickened, stirring constantly; cool. Add remaining ingredients to sauce, including pineapple. Refrigerate. Editor's Extra: Fun to add Heath bits when cool!
