- If grilling kabobs, coat the rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting grill. On 8 metal or soaked wooden skewers, thread the shrimp. Brush with remaining peanut sauce.
- Grill kabobs, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink, turning once. Brush with reserved sauce before serving.
