Peanut Butter-Ice Cream Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
(9-inch) graham cracker crust
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • Fold whipped cream and peanut butter into ice cream. Spread in pie crust. Sprinkle with crumbs. Freeze. Tip: Sticky peanut butter or honey slips right out of a measuring cup if you spray the cup first with non-stick vegetable spray.
