This is easy to make and super yummy, but timing is very important in this peanut butter fudge recipe. If you go a second longer, the sugar can crystallize and you won't get a creamy texture. It's a decadent treat that's smooth and full of peanut butter flavor.

Steps:
- Combine sugar, milk, and corn starch together.
- Cook to a rolling boil. Once it starts boiling, cook for EXACTLY 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract.
- Stir until completely smooth and starts to get thick in the pan.
- Pour into a buttered 9" pan (8" for thicker fudge).
- Put in the fridge to cool.
- Once cooled, cut into squares, and ENJOY! Extra fudge put in a container.
