PEANUT BUTTER BLISS image

Yield Makes 8 servings.

Number Of Ingredients 10

Chocolate cookie crust:1 1/4 cups choclate cookie crumbs(20 cookies)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Filling:
1 8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 TBL softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • for crust:Combine all and press into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 375 for 10 mins. and let cool. Filling: Beat whipping cream and set aside. Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar , butter and vanillas together and gently fold into the whipped cream. Spoon into crust and refrigerate. Garnish with choc. curls,cookie crumbs, or sprinkles.
