Peachy Keen Smoothie image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup peach nectar
1 tablespoon honey
3 cups peeled and diced peaches (3 large)
1/2 cup sliced banana (1 banana)
1 cup vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
1 cup crushed ice

Steps:

  • Place the soy milk, nectar, honey, peach, banana, yogurt, and ice in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth.
