PEACH PURÉE VINAIGRETTE image

Yield 6-8 Cups

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 cup peach purée
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup extra virgin oil
1/4 cup balsamic or sherry vinegar
10 leaves fresh basil, washed

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until they smooth. Use to dress a green salad. Makes one cho good for 6-8 cups of greens
