I love the blended flavors of peaches, coconut and almonds. This loaf is moist and delicious, a perfect coffee break treat!

Steps:
- 1. Peel and chop peaches, stir in lemon juice and set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients.
- 3. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and flavorings.
- 4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients just combined. The batter will be thick.
- 5. Fold in the peaches, pecans and coconut
- 6. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for a few minutes before turning out on a rack to cool completely before slicing.
