Peach Glace Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 (10-ounce) jar apricot preserves or spreadable fruit
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® shortbread pie shell
1 (29-ounce) can peach half, well drained

Steps:

  • 1. In small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in preserves. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Stir in almond extract. Cool slightly.2. Spread 1/4 cup of gelatin mixture in crust. Arrange peach halves, cut side down, on top. Pour remaining gelatin mixture over peaches. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.3. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
