This is the easiest cobbler ever! The original recipe calls for only milk and white sugar. I decided to use some of the peach juice and brown sugar. It works well together!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°. Drain peaches, reserving liquid. Mix with brown sugar and set aside.
- 2. Mix together biscuit mix, nutmeg, milk and peach juice. Add in melted butter until combined.
- 3. Pour into 9x13" baking dish. No need to butter dish. Spoon peach mixture over batter.
- 4. Bake @ 375° for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or, even better, ice cream.
