Paula's Creamy Potatoes image

6 medium russet potatoes
1 container (8 ounce) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 brick white sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cook, peel potatoes after they have cooled, and chop into squares. Mix together sour cream and mushroom soup. Grate cheese.
  • Layer potatoes, sour cream mixture and cheese in casserole making cheese the topping.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is brown.
