Steps:
- Cook, peel potatoes after they have cooled, and chop into squares. Mix together sour cream and mushroom soup. Grate cheese.
- Layer potatoes, sour cream mixture and cheese in casserole making cheese the topping.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is brown.
