"PAT IN THE PAN" PIE CRUST

Yummy, easy and flaky crust! Just PAT into the pan! Can't be any easier! Goes well with my Buttermilk Pie recipe! ***Pictures are my own and the eggs are from my hens! My blog: TheBeehiveCottage.blogspot.com

2 1/2 c flour
2/3 c oil
2 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together and "pat" into the pan, then make a pretty edge.
