1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
8 ounces California black olives, each one cut in half
8 ounces al dente vermicelli
4 ounces Italian 4 cheese blend

Steps:

  • In a sautee pan, put olive oil, garlic and olives on low. Cook for 5 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and golden but NOT brown.
  • Removes from heat, toss in pasta quickly.
  • Toss in cheese. Serve quickly.
