Steps:
- 1. Soak raisins in white wine 10 minutes. 2. Crush pine nuts and bread crumbs in food processor. Toast in pan w/ 1 T olive oil. 3. Saute garlic and onion until 2 golden. Add spinach and tomato until spinach is limp. 4. Drain sardines, remove backbone, and break into small pieces. Add to pan. 5. Add raisins, lemon, and red pepper flakes. Cook until hot. 6. Make pasta according to package. 7. Add bread crumbs/pine nuts to sauce. 8. Toss with pasta.
