Passover Mock Mac and Cheese image

Can be used as a side dish or main course. A fave of both kids and adults!! Enjoy!!

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 cups milk
1 ½ cups sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups matzo farfel

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Mix milk, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, eggs, butter, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined. Stir matzo farfel into sour cream mixture and pour into prepared casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until casserole is set and top is lightly browned, 30 to 40 minutes.
