I HAD A NEW YEARS EVE GET TOGETHER N MADE SOOOO MUCH FOOD NO ONE TOUCHD THE ONION DIP....N I JUST COULDNT THROW IT OUT ;) SO I THRU TOGETHER THIS CASSEROLE N IT CAME OUT GREAT....MY HUBBY LOVD IT N TOOK LEFTOVERS TO WORK FOR HIS LUNCH :)

Steps:
- 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 n PREPARE BAKN PAN WITH COOKN SPRAY...SET ASIDE.
- 2. IN A LARGE PAN HEAT BUTTER WITH OLIVE OIL N SAUTÉ MUSHROOMS UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWND.
- 3. SPRINKLE IN FLOUR N COOK FOR A MINUTE
- 4. ADD SHERRY (N WHITE WINE IF USING) COOK FOR A MINUTE THEN ADD CHICKEN BROTH...BRING TO FULL BOIL UNTIL THICKEND n REMOVE FROM HEAT
- 5. STIR IN ONION DIP (PREPARED...MINE WASNT TOUCHD FROM NEW YEARS EVE...I HAD TOO MUCH FOOD ;) THEN STIR IN PIECES OF CHICKEN. S n P TO TASTE
- 6. NOW TO START THE LAYERN...FIRST PUT IN HALF OF THE COOKED NOODLES NEXT HALF OF THE BROCCOLI THEN SPOON ON HALF OF CHICKEN ONION DIP MIXTURE N SPRINKLE ON SOME PARMESEAN CHEESE. THEN REPEAT ONCE AGAIN.
- 7. TOP WITH HAVARTI CHEESE (OR WATEVER CHEESE U HAVE). COVER WITH FOIL N COOK FOR 20 MINUTES.
- 8. REMOVE FOIL N SCATTER FRENCH FRIED ONIONS OVER TOP N BAKE FOR ADDITIONAL 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWND....ENJOY :)
