From my mom's recipe box I put the things I like best into my mix. Chex, Pretzels, Cheerios Cashews yum My Aunt Max Made this yearly for Christmas. Christmas is never the same without Chex mix.

1 stick (1/2 c) butter or margarine
1 1/4 teas seasoned salt
4 1/2 teas worchershire sauce
2 1/3 cup corn chex
2 1/3 cups rice chex
2 1/3 cups wheat chex
1 cup small pretzels
1 cup salted mixed nuts

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 250. Melt butter in 15x10x2 pan;
  • 2. remove pan from oven. Stir in seasoned salt and worchestire sauce.
  • 3. Gradually add cereal, pretzels, and nuts, stirring to coat evenly.
  • 4. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • 5. Spread on paper towels to soak up excess oil.
