Parsley Vinaigrette image

This is my mom's recipe and it keeps for a long time. It yields approximately 2 cups. For many yummy salads

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/2 onion (big)
3 garlic cloves, more if they are small
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vinegar

Steps:

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender of food processor. Work until its homogeneous.
