PARMIGIANO CHEESE CIGARETTES image

1 cup freshly grated (fine) parmigiano
2 tbsp chives
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Mix chees and spices. Line a sheet with parchment paper Using a 3 inch cookie cutter as a gide, sprinkle with 1 tbsp cheese in the ring and spread to edges. Remove ring. Repeat. Bake 4-5 minutes or till golden edges and melted. Loosen each and quickly before they harden and roll on a wooden spoon handle. MUST be done while HOT. Repeat-store
