This is a super easy recipe and very tasty. My family loved it with Bang Bang Salmon. You could even add broccoli or mushrooms.

Steps:
- Heat oil and butter until melted over medium heat. Add rice and completely cover and cook until translucent, about 2 minutes.
- Heat chicken broth. Add about a cup to rice. Stir constantly stirring until broth is gone, then add remaining cup and do the same.
- Once all liquid is gone, turn off heat and add Parmesan. Stir and serve.
