Parmesan Pasta image

A delectable creamy garlic Parmesan Pasta that is made easy in one pot. The perfect side dish for Grilled Marinated Chicken, roasted pork tenderloin or chicken spedini.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 Tbsp butter
3 clove garlic minced
1 c milk
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
12 oz linguine or fettuccine pasta
1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Steps:

  • 1. Melt butter in a large pot or skillet over medium low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
  • 2. Add chicken broth, milk and cream. Bring to low boil. Add pasta and gently boil until tender; 15-20 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Parmesan Cheese until melted.
  • 3. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
