Steps:
- 1. Place whole salmon filet skin side down in baking dish. Spread mayonnaise over entire filet.
- 2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, bread crumbs and Parmesan. Spoon mixture over salmon and spread gently to cover filet.
- 3. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork when done.
