Parmesan-crusted Salmon image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 salmon filet (wild-caught alaska salmon); may use frozen, thawed
4-5 Tbsp mayonnaise
2/3 c seasoned bread crumbs
4-5 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
4 Tbsp melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Place whole salmon filet skin side down in baking dish. Spread mayonnaise over entire filet.
  • 2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, bread crumbs and Parmesan. Spoon mixture over salmon and spread gently to cover filet.
  • 3. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork when done.
