Parma ham & peach plates image

Take a trip to the deli to make this easy but impressive summer starter for two

6 slices Parma ham
1 peach, halved and stoned
25g chunk parmesan
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
few chervil sprigs, to serve

Steps:

  • Arrange 3 slices of the ham on each plate. Slice each peach half into 6 wedges, then scatter these over the ham.
  • Shave Parmesan over both plates, then drizzle with a little oil. Scatter with cracked black pepper and chervil, then serve.
