Steps:
- Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate shrimp, refrigerate for two hours. Mix all dressing ingredients in blender or food processor. Chill Arrange greens on 6 individual plates. Remove shrimp from marinate and arrange on top of leaves with alternating slices of papaya, avocato and cucumber in a pinwheel. Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with dressing.
