PAN ROASTED ASPARAGUS image

Number Of Ingredients 9

Sliver 2 cloves of garlic
Toast in olive oil over med heat (start cold)
2 lbs. asparagus, cut off woody stems
Remove toasted garlic
add 1 T butter
add 1/2 of asparagus in each direction
cover & steam 5 mins.
Turn up heat to med hi
add salt & cook 5-7 mins.

Steps:

  • Plate, sprinkle with parmesan, garlic chips & lemon juice.
