Pan grilled tilapia image

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 tilapia fillets
1 c parmesan cheese, fat-free
1/2 c lemon juice, fresh
1/2 Tbsp parsley flakes

Steps:

  • 1. juice your lemons in a bowl.
  • 2. Next, coat your fillets in the lemon juice and add the cheese and parsley in another bowl. Roll your fillet until it is coated evenly on both sides.
  • 3. On a non stick pan, spray your pan and set on medium heat.
  • 4. cook your tilapia fillets 5-6 minutes on each side.
